Prepare them on a Sunday by mixing them into mason jars, and store them in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Use this recipe as a base and add additional toppings such as chia seeds, almond butter, peanut butter, granola or more berries.

This recipe is low FODMAP.

Overnight Berry oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled or quick oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries

Almond milk brand recommendation: I recommend the Pureharvest brand which provides a good source of Calcium per serve and is free of thickeners making it more gut friendly
Coeliac friendly oats: Opt for the Gloriously Free gluten free oats if you are coeliac and tolerate oats.

Directions

  1. Add the rolled oats to a jar along with the unsweetened almond milk and berries.
  2. Stir to combine. Cover and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least eight hours. Enjoy!
