✔ 1x Initial Consultation (1 hour 15 minutes): This is where we tackle your main health concerns head on with a comprehensive assessment of your current state of health, diet, lifestyle and appropriate testing (functional medicine and pathology) to identify the root cause. You will receive an initial treatment plan with dietary recommendations and basic prescription to improve your symptoms.
✔ 3x Extended Review (45 minutes) – Review pathology and/or functional medicine testing, gut and hormonal assessment, detail next phase of treatment (diet, naturopathic prescription), followed with an electronic summary.
✔ 1x Test Review Consultation (1 hour): In this consultation we review any gut or hormone testing in detail. Your treatment plan will be amended during this call to address the root cause to get you on the fastest track to gut and hormone harmony.
✔ 5x Fortnightly Accountability Check Ins (via an online form): You will receive feedback, further resources or treatment recommendations based on your response. Remain supported each step of the way along your gut and hormone journey
✔ Weekly Diet Diary Reviews
✔ Recommended dietary guidelines and recipes specific for your digestive and/or hormonal complaint
✔ Lifetime 10% discount on quality practitioner natural supplements prescribed and tailored herbal liquids (if required) at a 10% discount: Online prescription service provided via Vital.y and herbal liquids shipped from my clinic.
✔ Downloadable workbooks, handouts and resources: to give you the best chance at success along the way.
✔ 1x GI-MAP test kit, SIBO Breath test and/or hormonal testing – get to the root cause of your gut and hormonal issues with thorough functional medicine testing (additional out of pocket expenses will occur direct to the lab).
✔ 1x Pathology referral to Western Diagnostics lab or GP – to assess nutritional status if required (additional out of pocket expenses to the laboratory may incur).

Standard Wellness Review
$85 (up to 30 minutes)
This session is available for return clients and those who have gone through the Gut & Cycle Harmony program.
Recommended to book when:
✔ Checking in and assessing your current symptoms and health according to your main health goals.
✔ To review your treatment plan and tweak it accordingly.
✔ For a new functional medicine test referral or blood pathology referral.
✔ Receive an electronic summary with treatment plan following your session (with in 48 hours).
✔ Face to face, phone or online video consultations available.
