Support your gut health and hormonal health with this deliciously creamy smoothie.
This smoothie jam packs 20 g of fibre into one serve.
That’s almost providing you with your total daily fibre requirement of 28 g if you are a female, or 38 g if you are a male. Talk about gut loving!
If you’ve ever steered clear from smoothies because they don’t satisfy you, trust me when I say this will fill you up.

Health Benefits
Daily avocado consumption has been shown to significantly increase microbial diversity in the large intestine, particularly the species Faecalibacterium, Lacnospira and Alistipes. (1)
Greater microbial diversity is connected with improved gut health.
Lower diversity of bacterial species is associated with a number of diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease and obesity. (2) (3)
Aiming to increase your microbial diversity with a smoothie like this one will only benefit your gut health and long term wellness.
